Our quarterly email newsletters summarized all of the recent residential and commercial HVAC activity. Believe it or not, we reported a total of 40 acquisitions (23 resi and 17 commercial) including two new platforms (1 resi, 1 commercial). It was a particularly active quarter for commercial acquisition platforms with three of them being sold to either a private equity firm or the public market. You can read the full newsletters at:
